Learn engineering. Explore physics. Build your own electric motorcycle.
Instructors: Srikar and Sriman Gattepalli
In this new class by the MathAndCoding team, use machines in the real world (bicycles, doors, and cars) to explain the mechanical features of them through mini hands on projects. An electric motorcycle will be built after the entirety of the session and will be tested and run. Every day will be split up into two parts. The first 15 minutes will be for a warm up or a quick project. The first part will be doing a lecture on the building of the motorcycle. The mechanism of parts and how they work will be detailed through a PowerPoint presentation. The second part will be dedicated to the building of the motorcycle. All parts will be supplied initially. Most of the building will be done by the students. The teachers will provide assistance on what to do and why (planning).
